NPDP-GDEV scsi cable

Will any old SCSI cable work? Or is there a special kind of cable that I'd need to purchase?

 

Any old cable should work.
Do you actually have the ODEM card though? Those things are tough to find.

Yep, it's just a straight-through SCSI cable.

 

I was reading through sales listings of SCSI cables. Unfortunately, it looks like there are multiple "versions/revisions" of SCSI(?). If this is true, would this cable here work with the GDEV? If not, what configuration do I need (ie 24-pins/ male-male, etc)?

 

You need the male-male cable of 68 pins from what I remember.
Wait for the unit to arrive then browse the pics on ebay!

 

Its an SCSI II connector M/M HD68 (not VHDCI).
