NR Readers serial port #1

    On all the models I've seen, the cover for serial port #1 is always missing or is black and not greeny like the rest of the case, is there any reason for that seeing as there's only 3 online games for the GC?

    I know there's official .gcm streaming software in the GC SDK but I'm unsure if they'd ever use that for testing?

    My NR reader has a green Serial Port 1.

    i can only guess that many developers had a bba attached and tossed the cover...
