Hello! I just buy a NR and a NPDP. I am waiting NR cartridges and games for this system. but tego a doubt. normal game runs on a NR gamecube disk? or discs only NR Thx!!
Yeah, you will have to get either an NR Writer and burn ISO's yourself, or wait for NPDP Carts and write gcm's to them. Guessing you speak spanish by your location, to help, : Necesitas un escritor de discos NR o cartuchos NPDP. No puedes usar discos al detalle con un GameCube NR. Perdone mi Espanol. =P
If you just want it for the purpose of "look", I have a cool colour Gamecube, you could swap the drive out with a regular GC drive. But without patching the original drive, it's not going to be possible.. and no one has written any patch code publically available for the drive to read dvd-r.
