I have a HDD in which i deleted windows XP files/folders via a fedora12 live cd but i've now found out that a file which should have been copied over to a 4gb USB flash drive is not there and i need to recover it. All i have is at the moment is a Fedora live cd and the HDD which the file was on hooked up via a IDE to USB cable visable in fedora. Is there any software or whatever i can use to get the file back?
