NTSC NES ON PAL COMMODORE MONITOR

Hi everyone,

is there a method to see in full colour a ntsc nes on a commodore 1084s pal monitor without using a ntsc-pal converter?

I assume you've tried it, and only get a black and white image?

 

yes perfect image but black and white. master system would run in colour also in 60 hz mod I think it output a pal60 signal, with ntsc nes I'm stuck
