    Hi all,

Having an issue on my old CRT. My PS1 is chipped and plays NTSC games fine, but when plugged into my CRT TV, the screen is shifted to the right so it's cut off. I've tried shifting the image left, but it just moves the whole thing and doesn't actually reveal any more of the image, if that makes sense.

Is there anything that can be done?

    Would really appreciate some help.

    Thanks.

I get the same problem when I use scart (both in PS1 and PS2), therefore I decided to just use my PS2 for PS1 games as well, and use GSM to control the video output.

I don't think something remotely close to GSM exists for the PS1 as far as I'm aware of, but if someone has a solution I'd like to try it out :D

    Edit:

Ignore this post, was replying as if you had this issue on ps2 not ps1.

    Not to worry.

Seems like it might be an issue dependent on which TV you use. I found another old CRT which it did work OK on, although it's too big to comfortable be kept in a bedroom :/
