Just did a little more digging, it appears this is indeed a legit NES/Genesis clone, with the typical inflated ebay price.

It would be great if someone could report back on the quality of this wierd thing. Can it handle the SNES Super FX games? Or Virtua Racing for Genesis?

I really doubt it, cause it's a NES/Genesis clone :katamari:

Most likely it's two SoC on one PCB with a new controller interface to periodically latch the Sega controller's buttons for the Famiclone. Other than that, the systems are made to only work one at a time and the A/V are joint together.
