N64 Cheat Development System Here it is: The Power RAM is just a regular third party expansion pack according to an old IGN article from a Google search. Note that it's listed as 2MB (brings N64 total memory to 6MB), but the ad in a later issue lists 4MB. Along with an expansion pack, it requires the Shark Link to work, which should be somewhat easier to find since it was available for all 3 platforms. With the total kit costing $140, it's not much of a surprise it's so rare.
