Picked up a bunch of funky stuff today..obviously out of the ordinary. I know must of them are back up devices and such.
Tell your friend he's found a pirate's dream haul. Some of that is even stuff I've been needing to dump some stuff from contacts I have
I have no idea what some of these more home made ones do, gut im assuming its along the same lines as the others. Regardless, just make a chart for what they are intended for.
My recycler won't even let me take shit from them. I saw a CRT TV I wanted I'm like, can I take that off your hands? No dice, guy was a jerk. Good thing you were able to snag those though, good find!
So what I can ascertain is the Gamedoctor 2 has the SuperGraphx module, Super Famicom,1 Megadrive DRAM version and 2 Megadrive SRAM versions, Gameboy, and Gamegear hook ups/carts, and a Gamedoctor 2 back up board (for dumping) that has slots for PC Engine, Super Famicom and Megadrive. There's a 16M Dram module and a 8M Sram module. A PC Link for the MGD 2 is included with instructions I also found a Honey Bee Genesis/Megadrive converter, a Honeybee SNES converter, and a MicroGenius 50-72 pin converter There is a master module which is kind of like Sega Channel for the Atari 2600, but much earlier. Also in the lot was tons of loose genesis/famicom boards, some have chips others don't..nothing prototypey, just booty lol.
Wow what a great haul. My recycler will not let you take anything either. Only thing they ever put on the shelf is broken Xbox 360's. That master module for the Atari 2600 is sweet.
