Official GAME BOY flash cart - how to flash?

I have something like this:

with GB Cart Flasher programming software v1.1.
I made some flash carts with 4MB, but I have problem with that specific, orginal flash cart. I don't know how to flash it.
Could somebody help witch that? Which software I need to use?

 

I have the same flash cart, and many 3rd party cartridge flashers. I have no experience with the home made flasher.

This cartridge programmer will work with pretty much any gb flashcart. Including the nintendo power one.

I was gonna buy a gameboy cart, but no cash :-( I have a snes one though, I wonder if INL snes writer could be patched with a custom firmware in order to write too it??? <pure theory!
