Official Microsoft XBOX DVD Wireless Remote Control and fake.

What should pay particular attention when buying this remote control? How to distinguish the original from the fake?

 

Part numbers and PCB colour in the battery area. Apart from that not many fakes, some have black buttons instead of white.

 

OEM DVD remotes are soo cheap I don't know why anyone would bother making a fake.

 

During the generation they were $50.

 

Ok I bought this one, will do the investigation as soon as it got.
