US OG XBOX Live Arcade Disc with small sleeve

I know it may seem silly to ask for such an inexpensive game but I need the sleeve/game seen here to finish my “only on Xbox” logo subset collection & can't seem to find it anywhere. Game included preferably but if need be, just the sleeve is ok.

I’d pay over asking which is usually about $3 to $5 complete and go up to $7 +shipping for just the sleeve and $12 + shipping for sleeve/game. I know this isn't the usual big ticket item, but i'm so close to having the whole set, I'd just really appreciate someone helping me close this out.

Also have an extra copy of Dai Senryaku VII for OG Xbox, I'd trade straight up if you need it.

That's the full sized game, you're right unfortunately they don't have the logo. For some reason microsoft only did that on the jewel case sized sleeve. I think they were a pack in maybe with something.
