Hahahaha. My music tastes are terrible. This thread was made for me.

Despite being fully straight, my iTunes library consists of:

Pop music (S Club, STEPS, Katy Perry etc.)
Musical theatre (Joseph, Little Shop of Horrors, Avenue Q etc.)
Pokémon (just about every album, mainly just pop music, but I have a lot of it so I put it in a new category)
Video game music (which I'm not ashamed of, as I don't suppose many of us are strangers to the genre).

I listen to a liiiiiittle bit of softcore rock (Tokio Hotel etc.) as well, which slightly redeems me in my friends' eyes.

Try to beat that. I dare you.

    Cheers,
    Franklint

Not ashamed of it but I own every Pet Shop Boys Album including a few rare early vinyl releases and promos. I also own a crap load of 12" singles and mixes.

Now as for stuff to be ashamed of, well......... I have to admit to liking the Beauty and the Beast Drama CD. It's like a mini version of the movie in CD format.

I must admit I'm quite into blatant porno dance music vids. It started years ago with TaTu, then I (or rather, my ex-missus) discovered the lovely ladies of SunBlock. The uncut version of SunBlock - Baby Baby is surely one of the most awesome music videos ever created. So yeah, I'll sit there and put up with terrible Europop shite for a giggle if it involves half-naked girlys wiggling around.

I've spent the past day playing with VidZone (bit of Eric Prydz atm) and I'm amazed by the shit that some people actually listen to. The young lady from Cascada is rather lovely though.

Recently I have started hunting down albums & artists I listened to when I was younger, in my teens. My tastes in music are vast! I'll basically give absolutely everything a listen and if I like it, then I tend to keep going back to it. Spotify is your friend lol!

I just bought "Queensryche - Empire" on eBay for next to nothing, and it's tempted me into buying loads of other albums I had as a kid. So, I guess if anything I am shamefully having to admit that I'm regressing!

It's worked out though as I stumbled across "Siouxsie and the banshees" and the amazing track "Cities in dust", which I had totally forgotten about - it's even better 20 something years later.

Jesus Christ Superstar - know the whole thing by heart
Rocky Horror - In just seven days, I can make you a man.
South Park movie soundtrack - totally rocks
Tori Amos - People make fun of me becasue I like Tori all the time, just do not understand.
Marylin Manson - Everyone seems to respect him as an artist but no one will ever admit to actually listening to his music. Well fuck that, I like his music too.
Prince - A girl at my work called me "gay" because I listen to Prince. Apparently my obvious heterosexuality is offset by my ability to hit the high notes when I sing along to Erotic City. (Plus she's fucking vile. Fuck her.)
Wierd Al - The world is divided into those who like Wierd Al, and those who don't. One day we will kill all those who don't.

Not embarassed by any of this.

hmmm I have an extremely vast taste when it comes to music. So I must say there is nothing that I listen to I am embarrassed about, so those people who would say I am gay because I like anything from classical music to Heavy Metal can go fuck themselves ! ! ! and what you have mentioned until now is awesome, so keep on going on mentioning music. Cause music is great . Right now I am listening to Iron Maiden Fear of The Dark (the album) and the next thing I can be listening to can be Modern Talking. And I would NOT be embarrassed about it.
