As well found in the attic today, pixeld some numbers, because this disc was meant to be returned back in the days.

Says "Federal Property" on the back. It has a list of people on it, that have been lialable to the military service, in case of a prepared attack on germany, or germany beeing attacked "from the outside".

No, I havent checked whats on it (yet).

Anyone else has such "obscure" mediums in his possession ?
