Hi all, Old gamer (50) but new to collecting game systems. Also into modding old game systems like the 2 xbox's I have running coinops massive and one with madmob. Just now wanting to get into MVS collecting but having trouble getting a hold of ArcadeWorks to order a Omega system. Their website says I ordered it but I haven't seen anything as far as a confirmation back..puzzling. Once I know I have it coming, i'll start buying carts for it. Systems I have so far: Gameboy PS1, 2 and 4 (1 and 2 modded) 2 Xbox's (modded), Xbox 360 and XBox one Fairchild Channel F (6 almost new games but trying to fix the unit itself..help!!) PSP (modded) Dreamcast I've been promised a N64, Genesis, Gamecube and Wii by various friends who swear they have them in storage but we'll see. Also have various joysticks for NES, Xbox etc. and would love a Power Glove (had one, lost it like a dumbass years ago in moving..ugh) anyway... glad to join the site, hopefully I can get some help here and eventually be knowledgeable enough to help others.
Hi and welcome to the forums. Glad to see u are still gaming hard. That's a nice collection of consoles. Retro consoles are a joy to mod and play compared to emulating on a pc. Enjoy the forums.
Thanks so much. Once I get the MVS, I'm shooting for Turbografx /PCEngine or Jaguar next. Hope to update soon!
Welcome! If you'd like, we have a Member's Collection section. You can show us what you've accumulated!
Thanks so much! Once I recoup from the Thousand I just dropped on all my MVS stuff, I'll definitely be interested in the PC Engine Appreciate the help!
Haha, the MVS is an absolute wallet-drainer. If it gets too tough for you, it might be worth investing in a consolised AES so that you can capitalise on the $15 carts.
