hey guys i have this http://imgur.com/5IHnjIF controller and i have no freeking clue how to connect it, i plus in the controller wireless thing it starts to blink then i hit a button on the controller, the controller blinks for a bit then shuts off. its annoying becuase i like how it feels. anyways if anyone has this controller could you tell me how to sync it
