Worth anything? I pulled a PCI Diamond 64 out of an old 1994 pentium I picked up at a sale. Out of pure curiosity I ebayed it and they're going for around $50-100. Is there any reason why these are quite expensive and what other cards are worth looking out for?
So those cards actually worth something? I'm interested, the other week while cleaning my cupboards I found a bunch of ISA and early PCI cards, including some video cards, my old Sound Blaster AWE64 (unluckily burned) and some other stuff. I'll check the brands and models, maybe something of that can be sold at a price that justifies the shipping costs from here...
Cool, I have a ton of these old crappy VGA cards == Profit!! @z_killemall Interesting... my SBAwe64 also burned out!
Check completed auction prices. Anyone can ask what they like, selling it at that price is another thing.
you can install an old os on a virtual machine and run the games on it, but its not the same as running it on the actual hardware it was designed to run on. but it works better than vista etc.
