Omni Treadmill, Oculus Rift (as REAL as VR Gets!)

    VR is really expanding, this is a far jump from the virtual boy. I've seen the oculus with a head free-camera setting so to say where your head moves but the body doesn't, i just wounder how they will make this work well (accalerometer/gyro in the gun maybe?). imagine RPGs...

    Dat cheezy ass product ads on the back...

    So it still uses a kinect? I thought they had a proprietary solution

    it's still in a prototype faze, they are going to use a integrated set up in the end.
    It looks good so far though :D

    Man, it's really loud when you use it! I was under the impression it was a treadmill, but it looks like it's simply a slippery plastic bowl.

    Yep, I thought the lines were like wheels or something, but its just to make you slide.

    That explains the circle and belt thing to keep yo ass in place, and them unsued.
