welcome and thanks for the scans! I must say that your english seems good enough to write here (it seems better then mine atleast ) so you shouldn't doubt to post if you got something to say
With this kind of post, i can only hope to see you post more often! Welcome on the assembler's forums!
the N64 Zip drive was a concept that was supposed to plug underneath the N64, just as 64DD. Actually 64DD was supposed to be Zip compatible. They later on changed it to the proprietory 64DD we all know (and love , me at least) . I ve got pictures of the "old" drive if u want, and the picture of the zip disk can be seen on my avatar
Also relating to the subject, translating the picture depicting the n64, it has a HARD DRIVE attached to it, (the HDD is made by IOMEGA of Zip-drive fame the article says). Yeap, the thing that's stuck in the slot isn't a Zip disk or a Zip drive, but a Hard Drive (5GB capacity)
Thanks for the welcome guys, and I'm glad you like the pics... "Barc0de" you are right, that wasn't a Zip Drive, it's just a 5GB HD from Iomega for the N64, Thanks for the advice and sorry for my mistake! "Oceanfr" no, the gameplay on Saboteur it's a mix between Tomb Raider and Soul Blade, and the "dog" part it's something like "Shadow Dancer" for the Sega Genesis. A very good looking game, I don't know why they don't released it For tomorrow i will try to post pics from a early build (40% complete build) of Tekken 4 for PS2. Thanks again Matias PS: Sorry for double post, if some MOD can delete It would be really appreciated.
Below the original 64DD, an actual Iomega Zip-drive. This is prior to the 97 Spaceworld where they presented the 64DD as we all know it today.
Hi, sorry for the delay (problems with the University :S ) but to the important the pics!: Tekken 4 PS2 at 40% complete (from Hobby Consolas - Spain) Sorry again for the delay!
