opened megadrive to clean and found this

    Opened megadrive the other day and noticed this writing on the board :S<BR>does it mean anything or is this someone just wrote on it?<BR>[​IMG]<BR><BR>probley doesnt mean nothing but thought I would check as i havnt seen any writing on my other sega boards

    Could mean that somebody flashed a rom onto it, or means nothing.

    Maybe it was a replaced PCB for warranty?

    Ill have a look for the number when i go back home tonight! where will it be? I was guessing it was nothing but got excited incase it was the first PAL board of that type haha

    First PCB of the 1.8 PAL revision maybe? That would be pretty damn cool. Got anymore pictures of the board so we can compare it with another MD2 board?
    17th September 1995.

    Just had a look at my photos here and my two VA1.8s are date stamped;
    12th October 1995
    2nd November 1995

    Anyone else got any for comparison?
