if it's like the retail ones, there are screws buried under the rubber feet, iirc they are U shape screw heads

    damn..
It could either use retention clips around the edge or be sonic welded closed (on dev hardware seems a bit unlikely)
Is there any play around the seem if you squeeze it?

    Edit: saw above post

They may use one way plastics with barbs. Check under any labels for screws or fasteners, use a plastic phone spudger to keep prying up until it pops off.

You could just crack it open and put it in a proper enclosure with a fan when done.

Considering the issue with wiring mine has, this would be a cool looking remedy for the broken part of my PSU (it works its just the coloured cables show)

What that might be if it has no fan? Holes should be to)

I really think that PSU on my fat 360 had these holes and fan inside it. I need to search a little more.

Hi Stipo360. I got exactly the same PSU as you. It's screwed together with 4 screws. 2 screws are hidden under the rubber feet and 2 more under the 2 silicone covers for the screws. Took a few photos so you can take a look how exactly it is built up and where the screws are.
The case is glued together at the sides a bit so it might take some force to get it open. Mine was droppen in shipping so it was pretty easy to open it up!

BTW: The 213watt Dev psus don't have fans! The 203watt retail ones (at least the ones i opened) all had fans!
