I'm working on an AMV for acen this year and wanted some opinions on it. This is only the second one I've done but it is fun and I enjoy it very much, however this machine is only capable of rendering windows media video at the moment, so soryr linux users (mac users I think Microsoft made a player for you). Anyway theres some context that I wanted to inform you of before the video. However, it does contain SPOILERS if you are watching the series (I My Me! Strawberry Eggs). Highlight the quotebox to read the spoilers/context. (I had no choice but to use indigo, it was the only color that made it hard to read on the background color you have specified.) The video was reduced to 320x240 (the minimum I would ever render at) and is ~13 megs. I would appreciate ANY feedback on this but I am mainly looking for suggestions, as in scenes you feel dont fit, things that seem too fast, if you have seen the series, if you can recommend a better scene to use at a specific point, any effects you suggest I use. Just anything in general. I want to make it as appealing as possible, even if it is a bit... immature at points ^^;. well i think you did a good amv although i am not fond of the music but it is a good amv no doubt about that i think ++ amv would be glad for some new blood at their site not bad at all thumps up :smt023 what about your next amv wil be with Depeche Mode ? (even the song What´s Your Name from the first DM album Speak And Spell) and DM have made some great songs over the years so just dig in. not bad at all you are maybe a beginner (not an offence) but you are a good beginner. and that is my point of view to the amv
thanks. If I do another one, I am going to do it straight out of irony. Youll see when its done. Its a really funny idea my friend told me about. I fixed up the end of this one so its a bit slower, doesn't sync as well but it helps the flow more.
Purge: why i mentioned What´s Your Name is because (don´t hurt me at all ) is because it is the only (please don´t get mad) "gayish" song but i love Depeche Mode and that song too and it makes me crack up with laughter but i can´t stand the new 04 version of Enjoy The Silence. and i love the flaming energy many gay people have maybe it is why i have the energy too but i am straight but damn the flaming energy is for me super positive energy so make another amv :smt023 keep it up
ill certainly check out the song when I get a chance, but I've never heard of D.M. so I have no idea of what to expect . Thanks for the ideas ^^;.
DM is synthpop from 1981 but they have changed their music style so many times and i hope they will get a new album out next year.
