Ordered an Everdrive N8 from Retrogate 12 days ago, when should it arrive?

I've never ordered from Retrogate before, but they said the estimated delivery to Canada should be within 10 days. It's been 12 days now, I got a shipping confirmation 4 days ago but no tracking number (not that I can find, anyway). Does it usually take this long?

 

I would assume they mean only business days.

Relax, 10 days is as estimate and you have to take into account weekends and customs clearance.

It will arrive at some point, as I have ordered many times before from them

 

Ah, forgot about customs. Should I have a tracking number though? Can't seem to find one.

 

What did Retrogate say about the shipping times and tracking no when you asked them? They probably know best, I'd say.

 

All I know is what they had under the shipping section of their terms and conditions page. There's a link to a site for tracking shipments, but I can't find any tracking number with my order.

 

Sometimes you can track via order number on some sites. Maybe that would work?
