Is there such a thing as modding an rgb scart cable to work on original ntsc xbox consoles?

Ive got a NTSC console and using a pal rgb scart cable gives me a rock solid steady picture but with a red filter over it. Since it already does that, I figured it would be moddable to display in the right color.?

Other options would be to output through component cables and using a convertor to convert to rgb scart. Those are quite expensive.

Why do you want RGB scart? The component is a much better signal.

rgb scart doesn't work on ntsc, I tried. I get a red filter over the image, possibly due to wrong pins or amplified signal or whatever.

My crt doesn't have component so I need rgb scart.
