I've never seen one. Blasphemous as it sounds, large hands are an issue that occasionally pops up in Saturn or sometimes Dreamcast discussion with IIRC few solutions considered ideal quality. Every experienced gamer knows all about bad third party controllers. Is this even feasible? Obvious there's enough buttons. Except Xbox went USB based... I'm guessing power draw is the main barrier. There was enough juice for Steel Battalion!
Yeah, the Xbox duke controller was modeled after the DC controller, which in turn was an evolution of the Saturn 3D controller.
