When the Sega Logo comes up she says "Saigo MoIchou" Which means "One more Time (for the end)" Not sure where the word "MoIchou" is from since the normal Japanese word is "MoIkai"or "MoIchido". Yeah, this stuff tends to get a little old though, when you're surrounded by it. I guess when I move this fall, I'll feel a bit more "grown-up".
