Just a quick message to let you guys know that all images hosted on my server such as the Prototype SFC and MD ones will be off line from 2pm 29th April until May 6th. My FTP will also be off line for the same length of time because I'm off to Australia for a week. I'd rather go to Tokyo but you got to keep the wife happy, don't you? May pick myself up a PAL Grandia II for Dreamcast while I'm there anyway :smt023 Yakumo
Well, I don't know about the Dreamcast scene on Australia, but I've read a few times that australian warehouses are a paradise for supposedly long lost Neo Geo stuff
. I still remember the local corner vide shop where I used to live. The owner had NeoGeo home console kit for hire but from memory it was rarely rented out. Guess kids were more interested in PSX back then. When the shop closed down I really wanted to buy that NeoGeo kit but as a poor student I didn't have kind of money the owner wanted. Even to this day I'm still kicking myself as it was AUD 299 he wanted and I didn't have that kind of money at that time - being a unit student working to pay for my living/studying and etc. it was luxury that I couldn't afford.... Oh well... One day I will start NeoGeo collection... but that's for long term planning... cheers
