Other Sharp X68k Sega ports with exclusive levels?

I picked up a Sharp x68k a while back with a few games, among them being Fantasy Zone. I had heard for a while that the Sharp x68k port was arcade perfect, but I was shocked to find that it has an exclusive level not found in any other version of the game - Dragon land. There is an entire level based on stages 4 and 5 from space harrier, complete with ceiling during the boss fight.

This exclusive level is pretty undocumented from my experience, as I'm a huge sega fan and I had never heard of it before.

Are there other Sharp x68k games out there which have exclusive levels? Or is this one pretty unique?
