    The point to note is that in most of the cases the Judges didn't take the plaintifs seriously. It's just a sample of "artificial use" of the law for economic purposes - no court allows that, no matter where.

    I think he meant liberal as in "ample."

    I'm going to sue myself for $5,000,000 too, and make my employer pay. Since I work for them, I want them to pay me in advance, then they can garnish my wages for the next 150 years.

    It'll work, I know it will.
