    Also this release goes out to those involved bringing back online functionality to our beloved Dreamcast games, especially looking at you @petterk :)

    Bananabreak doesn't bring you one, but two early codes of Outtrigger in GDI form for researching purposes, perhaps the dummy files within the data hold some hidden treasures?

    The v0.800 2000-07-21 is actually dated March 7, 2001 judging by the date of 1st_read. I looked at it very quickly and I noticed that there are strings for a test menu that wasn't compiled into the final. I wonder if there's a way to get to it.

    By the way, all of your prototypes (sans the source code stuff so far) has been mirrored on Hidden Palace, including these prototypes.

    @Knuckles500 nice discovery you did there, would be cool to see that test menu being restored. Have you perhaps also looked for "CABLE_1P" string? Seeing that the Japanese demo version released on "DREAMCASTMAGAZINE GD VOL7" featured a system link (NETWORK VS MODE - CABLE) option in disabled form, this early beta might have the real deal hidden somewhere :O

    After a quick look, I have the "Movie Test" menu enabled:
