What would be an appropriate price to pay?

And what would be a good price to pay for the yellow clear toys r us L.E. Version?

From now on only post pictures of the item, as ebay links die off.

Here are the prices they sell for in Japan.

$320 is a top price, but in line with auctions in the past.

That said, I would suggest you get one with packaging
