PAL Saturn model 2 MK-80200A-50 not resetting

Hello all, small cry for help please.

I've modded both my

MK-80200A-50 UK PAL Saturns with switchless region and 50/60 Hz (also got chip installed). One works perfectly the second doesn't reset.
Using the reset button does cycle regions and 50/60Hz but the reset doesn't get sent back to reset the console.
Either with the short press (to just do reset), or with the longer press when the region is switched (DUAL LED is going GRN/RED/ORNG) BUT it doesn't take effect till I power off and back on.

So (finally) does anyone know an alternate point I can wire to to do a CPU (I guess) reset please?
