So I bought a Panasonic Q. I would like to add an SD card reader and possibly a gameboy player. I've read the gameboy player is the same as the gamecube except it doesn't have the holes for the legs. Does anyone 3d print the top half so I could swap it out and use a regular gamecube one? Also do any mod chips work with the Q? I'd be interested in one of the larger bios chips. I've read that some people wrote custom bios that didn't require the boot disk for mods, sd reading, or advance games but I couldn't find any actual files or info on this.

Viper and Qoob work with the Q.

I have some brand new Viper Extremes I could part with, but they arent cheap.

How 'not cheap' are we talking? I might be interested too, they're not in your modding thread.

I've been tooling around with designs for replacement parts of consoles that are often missing, and niche kits for certain mods and such; creating some kind of adapter for regular GB players to attach to a Q sounds like fun.

How much for the chip? I'll look into it tomorrow.
