    hey guys how much does a Panasonic Q go for nowadays? in the UK and can they be fitted with a modchip?

    I saw two threads with the same question. not sure if this one or the other one will get deleted but I a sealed one for a friend for $475 over a year ago. hope it helps

    Regarding the modchip: The drive PCB assembly is a custom one, so no modchip will work out of the box - at the very least you'd need to find new solder points, or it might not work at all. Anyways, don't do that! Get a standard cube for gaming, it's less risky, and imho messing with it also lowers the Q's resale value (I know I'd rather get a pristine one). It's just not worth it.

    If the mod chip is just for region lock, a region switch can be installed. I have done it.
