I have been reading the through the forum now for some time to further my knowledge about conservation.

And I kept reading about the use of parchment paper, so never one to turn down good advice I did some digging and found that "parchment paper" is used in stationary and cooking. Now being a non native English speaker I am trying to avoid a "lost in translation".

My question is: What parchment paper to use? The kind you use in baking (on a roll) or the one that is used to write on (single sheets).

    Thanks in advance.

Just look for acid free, that's all that matters.
