I didn't see any rule about requesting stuff like that, and so I didn't see any thread.
The Partner-CTR Capture is the 3DS Capture Device, used by Nintendo Developers, and TV Programs.
I'd like to know, if someone has 2 of these, or at least have enough access to WarioWorld.com to order 2 of them (note: I don't want any login details, just the devices).

I think that's all I want to ask for now.

You have to realize that this is impossible to do. First of all you'd need to pay something like $9000 each, and also no one is going to get fired and their company blacklisted over this.
