Are there patched or cracked Dsp-1 or Sa-1 chipset roms that are confirmed working on superdrive without the chips?
No, because they can't be "cracked". DSP-1 and SA-1 are not copy protection. They are coprocessors the games rely on. You cannot patch them to not need them. DSP-1 will work on Super EverDrive if you install an actual DSP-1 chip inside of it.
