was given 30nzd last week for a guy i sold 3ps1 games too and today i got 7usd from a guy i helped online there is an item i want to buy on ebay i have the right amount of money to buy it i go to pay for it says i only have 30nzd on my account and the $7usd says Total balance (all currencies, available and pending) converted is it converting to nzd if so how long will this take ? the money was payed into my paypal like over 4hrs ago [TABLE="class: basic narrow, align: center"] [TR] [/TR] [TR] [/TR] [TR] [TD="class: textright"][/TD] [/TR] [/TABLE] any help would be great
Did you have any prior purchases? Paypal has a system now where it will wait [if you opt to use bill me later] 14 days before it charges you for the purchase. If you opted for that it will have not pulled the money out from your bank 14 days ago and used the money in your paypal that you received for the PS1 games.
Check your recent activity, you might have cashed out and forgotten. I've done it before and wondered where the money went, checked my activity and cashed out to my bank lol. If it's not in your activity, and you check your bank statement and it isn't there I really don't know wtf, I'm unsure if its possible to do a paypal transaction without it showing in your activity so I'd be inclined to suggest he never paid you.
Apparently the USD amount still needs to be converted to NZD. I have no idea if PP will do this automatically at some point (I'd have expected it to do so the instant you received the payment...) or if you have to do it manually. Do you see any options that would allow you to do it yourself?
Click the "currency converter" text in the upper right of that section in the picture and convert your USD balance to NZD at the bottom of the screen that then appears. Then the full balance should be available for the purchase.
