PC-Engine adapter

Can i use a adapter from a other console on the PC-Engine Core Grafx 1?
Cause i dont have the adapter atm and my step down is doing strange (i hope or else my neo geo cd is dead... )

 

Yes you can use the PSU from a Megadrive, or any 9V DC 1Aish Neg Polarity PSU.

Yep, I use an MD 1 power adaptor which works perfectly.

 

I use a Famicom adapter on my PCE Core GFX. Does this help?

 

I have no famicom and it allready works with megadrive adapter

 

FC, PCE, MD, SFC PSUs are interchangeable.

 

Just don't bother trying it on a Duo!

 

And don't even think of trying NES and SNES adapters on anything else! Stupid Nintendo and their AC outputs...

 

the US version use DC though (that is very odd, why would they change that?)
