    Umm... Tatsujin. Are you here?

According to the article, your name was on the poster. Not sure if that means it was you. Also not sure if there was an arrest made, or just a talking to.

Shadow, from what I know, is a bit larger than anyone in the picture.

Word to CIT for finding the article.

Just read about it on insertcredit. I didn't know Tatsujin was with pcedaisakusen.

Anyway I can't imagine the police would have hold them up. They probably just let them pay a fine and had them take the posters down. Ah, hopefully everything is OK.

Tatsujin has been online today, so when he reads this. Then he can confirm or not. If he was arrested.

I recognized Tatsujin in one of the pics, totally cracked me up. ^^

Heard from Tatsujin, he's okay, they just took them to station for questioning and gave them a warning.

Anyway, I'll let him tell the whole story when he gets here.

Should've given pcedaisakusen some nice hits though - any publicity is good publicity. ^_-

This is actually the more likely scenario. You really have to do something bad (with pretty malicious intent) to be full on arrested. Of course, once you are, you're life is completely fucked as they hold you for weeks without charging you... then a few more before your court date.

I rear-ended a lady on a scooter and I didn't have a license and I didn't get arrested. They chewed me a new asshole though. Made me pay for the damages out of my pocket, and yes, they called me a few weeks later to make sure I did. :)

hahaha, man what a rebel Tatsujin is. I hope he comes here to tell us his full story !

GaijinPunch, me and my mate got caught riding a moped without a license 10 years back around Nishi-Ogikabo. We got our arse chewed as well but that was about it.

Since I don´t read or write japanese, then I am guessing that they either autographed/ made a grafitti tag on the poster. Or they put the poster up, and got arrested over it. Can somebody please explain what it is ?

Yeah, they put some posters up the temporary walls covering a building site.

    Hi folks,
So far we’re all oke, since they let us go with a warning after about the thing was discussed fully and reported. Thanks for the worries 
To problem was, that we hung up 1 single poster (2xA3 size) to reach some thru walking people on the street with our message.
The message was simple to remind the PC Engine and its good old days, of which we celebrate its 20th anniversary. So nothing related to commercial thing/goods.
What we didn’t know is, that it’s such forbidden to hung up a poster while staying next to and talk to some people on the street. Therefore we explicit used this 2m in height under construction metal wall, since we knew, that it’s may be not good to use a clean building wall to hung up a poster.
But since in japan a small and big crime is in the first step always “A Crime”, we had to follow all those procedures of the police.
The best is, next to us where stands which sold pictures of young girly pants and CDs full of robbed ROMS for retro consoles for 12’000yen.
Sorry I’m on work. Will talk later.

tatsujin, I can see the double standards, and in some way that is sweet and funny at the same time. And well it is also bizarre in some way.

The problem is that police are traditionally slow. Something like this just sucks the life out of you b/c it pretty much kills your day. I went w/ a tourist who basically lost everything except the shirt on his back (yes, even his passport) to report it to the police. No shit, it took 3 hours, and this was in a fucking koban.

Anyway, Dunno what to say about this topic. First that comes to mind is congratulations, this probably gets you a lot of hits

Tatsujin, you need to apply fake bruises and do a "post interrogation"
    video.

Well, I have a case of threats on my life , which is now over 1 year old. And what has the police done to help me and my father ? nothing except for giving the case to the prosecutor. So slow police ? oh yes, and that is a very simple case. But the Danish pigs are more busy fighting terror, fighting the youth in Copenhagen, helping the fuckedup fanatic christian sect called The Fatherhouse. Than protecting the innocent around here. So slow police ? I know everything about it.
