I have a PC Engine with CD-Rom2 attachment... can you use a System Card as a ROM residing on an Everdrive? If yes, which?

    Thanks!

You can load the System Card ROMs. However the Turbo ED contains no RAM so it depends on what you want to do.

If you have a regular PC-Engine with the CD-ROM2 attachment (the briefcase setup), you can use the TED for System Cards 1.x and 2.x but nothing else. If you have a Super CD-ROM2 you can load the 3.x system card roms too. The DUO systems can load 1.x, 2.x, or 3.x as well with the TED. Also I think any of them should do the Games Express CD card.

So if you were hoping to use the TED as a Super System Card 3.0 or Arcade Card, the answer is no. But if you just needed it for a System Card 1.0 or 2.x you can do that.

Thanks for the update. I have the briefcase setup so I guess I will get a separate System Card 3 or Arcade card.
