Copy the contents of the cd-rom to a directory named "screamer" on your Dosbox C drive (or you'll have to edit the SCREAMER.CFG file) before running the setup.exe.
This version (one month older than the retail) lacks the installer, the SVGA mode and 3 music tracks.
