Hi i need to build some units of a pcb that its not videogames related Well, to print those here is really expensive. Does anyone knows a reliable and cheap place to just print the pcbs ? Thanks
It'll be reasonably expensive wherever, especially if you're talking about a low run. I'd say google PCB production in china.
Heh, well it's probably not going to help you to give local companies, as they may not ship to Spain, or it'd be expensive. China is probably your best bet. Don't forget different keywords - PCB prototyping might be helpful, PCB short runs or something like that if you want a small batch. The Chinese ones do look quite attractive on price, often. There's this place, though: http://www.pcb-pool.com/ppus/info_whatispcbpool.html Might be worth looking at their prices.
thing is that for now, i need 20 test boards, but in 10 days i am going to need 400 after it passes the test procedure, and numbers are going to get higher. The best would be to produce the entire device in China, so what i really need is a reliable source to produce it. Thats why i ask if some1 knows of a reliable source, what i am looking for is feedback. Just to give some numbers, i got quoted in Spain 220 euros plus vat and shipment for those 20 units (PCB only) I can produce 400 units (pcb only aswell) in pcbart.com for 400 usd shipped (286 euros)
Well as you are in spain that is the best route, it is possible to have small run pcb made here in the usa but shipping would be severe.
its even cheapper to do it there, cause i am a company and i get customs vat back ... thing is that for now, i dont care about produce those 20 units here, but i am really in hurry to find a reliable place to produce higher batchs
recently i've in the same situation...china has great deals with >100 units and local production -i live in Argentina- was very fast. I went with local at first 'cause i needed only about 10 units to test.
ye serantes, ma boiiii. keep up the good work, i love you man. by the way, fuck all the haters man, I KEEP ROLLING ROLLING ROLLING NIGGER
These guys come recommended. http://www.goldphoenixpcb.biz/ The boys at Sparkfun have used them for years and im pretty sure sparkfuns batchpcb service is run through them.
Just to confirm that pcbcart.com are reliable to deal with, have placed 3 orders with them in the past and no issues with quality, billing or shipment. Not sure if they have an assembly service though.
