Pelican Original Xbox Afterglow Controller Problem

    I have a Pelican Original Xbox Afterglow Controller that lights up, but none of the buttons work. I already tried reflowing the solder points in the connector. I stripped the stem apart (part that goes into the controller) and there were no broken wires at that spot. How do I get this controller to work?

    Did you test the controller port? I've noticed also with my afterglow controller specifically that it needs to be plugged in snugly for it to work.

    The controller port works. It's the controller.
