Well the comic strip seems to be aimed at 14 year boys that would laugh at someone saying "wang" so even if Ron Gilbert is involved with the game, I'm stearing clear.
If it is like the comic then it stopped being funny 5 years ago... Seriously, is like since they started making millions out of it those guys cant make a good joke anymore.
what you mean? there's a bunch of gamin conventions. maybe you didn't see that i included the ENTIRE universe. :icon_bigg
Including non-gaming dimensions? Anyway, I heard theres a pax spinoff made by some douches that dont know shit about games. How bad it is that they actually went to pax to see what they could copy from it.
The 8bit band, neat. But anyway, how cool it would be to make an AG convention? we could invite former game developers and debate about prototype and unreleased games. That beats the crap out of a group of guys trying to make music with gameboys....
"Why I am so bald??" classic:nod: Anyway, weird how the comic stopped being funny since they started making money out of it. One would believe that they could come up with better jokes now that they dont have to work at walmart anymore. And whats up with the drawing? is like everybody but those two is ugly/butt ugly. That and you cant find a real photo of them on wikipedia nor upload one (some say they erase them, dunno). Now thats a dissociative disorder for the books...
As no one else has contested to the actual quality of the game..just slandering people you've probably never meet for no really decent reason..I'll say something about the game. It's resonably entertaining with a wit that's on par with a lot of the classic adventure titles (plenty of sarcastic item quips). The RPG aspect is underdeveloped and repetative but it's not entirely unfun. Honestly I'd say that this is their best writing in a longtime though there's still some lowbrow sort of 14 year old humour..fortunately it's not too frequent so it's bareable. Since Point and Click games are pretty straved for clever entertaining romps it's hard to be too picky about the game. Almost no puzzles as yet (and I doubt there is any) so that's either a postive or a negative depending on your preference. The demo is a resonable indication of the writing though the narrator is..not fantastic..I'd suggest the writing gets a smidgen better once the game starts proper.
I was talking about the comic, not the game. And funny you mention that about the narrator and writting, 'cause I remember tycho was in charge of that (the writting and narration script) further strengthening my point that their creativity has already peaked and going down.
they posted pictures of themselves on a semi often basis... as for gabe being pig like... i'm not seeing it.
Yeah but no on wikipedia, and from what I heard everytime anyone uploads a pic someone takes it down. Dunno if its their work of just some crazy PA fan.
