People from UK - Saving / converting F1 video

I was wondering if anyone here from UK. Could help me.

I download the F1 Australian Grand Prix BBC3 Highlights from a torrent. The video was converted to H.264. (.mov format)

Unfortunately, no sign of the highlights of the Malaysian Grand Prix yet. And i can't watch it online (even using a proxy).

So, can anyone save the video here:

Highlights? Highlights? You need to watch the full race....

 

I watched. I always watch F1 races live. But i just want the highlights for saving as a backup. Plus i don't need 40+ minutes of images of race stopped and rain.
