I thought Forza 2 and Viva Pinata were only a 10er each when sold with a new XBOX console unit? (at least that was the deal at PC-world)

Can someone make a brief comparisong between PGR3, PGR4 and Forza 2? Which one is the most fun game, followed by which other, and the reasons please =)

Forza 2 = A 'proper' racing/driving sim, which can be quite accurate, masses of playability thanks to the shop where u can buy/sell your cars, I completed this game 1000 out of 1000 achievement points, plus I totally wore out a 360 console in the process, thats how good it is, imo!!!!

PGR 3 = Arcade racing, great fun, looks great as well, nice learning curve, only issue I had was that you could do the whole game just by using one car!! (the Ultima GTR). Handling on some important cars like the F50 was dodgy and never really improved unless u used manual gears. Definately still worth buying as the Kudos scoring is fun on this version.

PGR 4 = An improvement on PGR 3, certainly the recoding on the F50 paid off, great 'season' challenge, which can last 'years' if you choose, great choice of vehicles, what with motorbikes and cars on the same track, and your choice as to which you race, the fun never ends!

...A BIG plus point is that all 3 games have great online MP support and game's to enjoy, even after you have finished the SP parts of the game.

Cheers OE! going to pickup PGR4 as I ve reserved it, and I m looking into Viva and F2 as well =) The demo of Forza 2 was quite "technical" for my liking - but I guess i need the steering wheel to enjoy it, no?

MS was quite "proud" of their wheel and its performance, how far is it from "real" driving?

(That said, I can't play F-zero GX with a Wheel, despite owning the official Logitech one- and I ve completed the whole game on Master!)

I have the official steering wheel and i can tell you that combined with Forza 2 it's drivers heaven. As for PGR3/4 i've got both and for me PGR4 is far less fun to play, the racing feels more bland and the introduction of bikes isn't that great to be honest (they drive like crap) . It's by no means a bad game, it's a good arcade racer but i definitly prefer PGR3 myself

my grudge with PGR3 was that the levels weren't cool enough , too urban. does PGR4 address that?

I bought this game when it came out and it is truly fantastic.
way better than PGR3(in terms of content), lots of stuff to do, excellent soundtrack as always(Freeland is here!), gorgeous visuals, etc...
you can't go wrong, especially at this price.

I found the soundtrack in PGR4 to be horrible to be honest especially compared to the way more versatile playlists of PGR3. I agree on the visuals but gameplay wise i feel PGR4 lacks compared to PGR3 as you basicly only have 2 modes of play in PGR4

Forza 2 is better, IMHO. PGR kind of lost its way after 2 I felt.
