Up for sale is my precious philips in2it. A fully functional Unreleased handheld prototype. Comes with original case, 2 boxes in good condition. The monochrome touch screen has no scratches and the console comes also with original documentation(leaflets in many languages, etc) and two basic cardridges as pictured. I will ship the item as soon as i recieve the money in my paypal account. I am asking for 500 euros. Worldwide shipping is 10 euros with secured mail. Thank you very much!

Is that 50 or 500 euros? I ask as the last one that was on Ebay went for 50 Euros and the last couple before then went for less the 100 Euros.

If you did make a mistake entering the price and it is 50 euros then I would be interested in it for a museum display.

 

No i did not make any mistake at all. Btw every auction i have seen hasnt gone lower than 255 GBP for console only. Maybe the one you saw was a bagain. I think you should have grabbed it.

People don't mind high prices and unrealistic expectations. Part of the charm of the hobby. But porkies are never good. I don't ever recall a console only that high. Ludicrous.

 

My offer of 50 euros still stands. Although this console was unreleased as a machine the general public could buy a large number of them were given to schools, universities and other educational establishments in the benelux region so the machine isn't are rare as most people do make out as a lot of machines did end up in private hands, a few years back they did go for stupid prices as very few people had heard of the console but like the Commodore GS, Circus Lido, during recent times they have gone down to more realistic prices

 

The large number you are refering to is approximately 100 - 200 copies..Not THAT large of a number is it?.. And no.. A children console was not given to universities. Only to schools cause they wanted to check how interactive this shit could get. I.E. if the children would send data to each other and stuff.
This is how much are floating these days.Byw i didnt say that the price is not negotiable. i have just set it a bit too high so i can recieve counteroffers.
Nothing is more intriguing than counteroffers! They are proof of a health buyer - seller relationship.

Btw.. 50 euros is no "realistic" price, Jamtex. I am not selling a gamecube. The fact that this auction ended up to 50 dollars is probably because everyone has gone to vacations... I have seen a sega digio getting sold for 5 bucks and a 5.1 sound system getting sold for 6.
There exists also a factor that is called luck. If you have a good timing, you grab it. If not , too bad.

Just a comment... i get my boxed EPOCH GAME POCKET COMPUTER, boxed , for 60 USD with 3 games. Yes.. but try to find one of these right now. Only games are around 150 to 200 USD.

Also, every of us know sometimes some people without knowledge at all about what is selling find an ENTEX SAG or other rare handheld and ebay it for a real bargain. Usually these auctions duration are minutes...before any of us see it.

But this doesn´t change items REAL PRICE.

With full respect , 50 euros is what a BW WONDERSWAN cost, some GBA costs 50 euros. So an unboxed IN2IT, a real HTF console, can`t be 50 euro nor 100 euro. And if some day , i need to sell all my items in 1 hour to pay a kidnapping rescue , and put my PALMTEX SUPER MICRO or my PC ENGINE LT in 19.99 euro, this will not change the fact that these consoles are EXPENSIVE.

May be once upon a time a lucky guy bought a IN2IT by 50 euros.. but same true is the other 3 times i know in ebay on this console were near 700 USD. In my opinion, market regulate the prices. If some item seems expensive to you, just don´t buy it. If price is not realistic, the seller will noticed at some point. To buy is not obligation, but to assign price is a RIGHT.. right?
