Phlegm Flighter arcade cabinet on Kenan and Kel?

    I was watching Kenan and Kel recently and in the Rigby's grocery store there is an arcade cabinet that says Phlegm Fighter. I want to know if anybody knows what game it actually was. In later episodes it was renamed "Video Games" but with the same game playing. In this video you can see the title at 1:41 but I can't make it out.

    It looks like it says Robo cop but I'm not sure which version.
