Yeah they produced generally awful PC Engine games such as Deep Blue and F1 Pilot..........which i traded Final Soldier for. Mistake :angry
pack in was indeed a software developer. a lot of companies bought their stuff to produce.. Knightrider is also developed by pack-in.
I want the Game Gear! Someone find it! BTW, Pack in Video wasn't around in 1983 and Knight Rider couldn't have been made until 1987 so I dunno whats up with that game. It looks like the two Famicom prototypes are actually samples carts.
OMG, this kind of stuff makes you fall of your chair rayer:. I would mind getting my hands on one of those systemdiscs. but thanks annonymous picture suplier :smt043
yes the person who owns those system disks would be generous if he sold me a system 2 disk and a GD-writer :smt042
I know the feeling.... although i doubt i could afford one if the PStools were anything to go by. Are these anymore common?
Not trying to put anyone off, but they are apparently pretty pointless in comparison to the GDEV. Still, I think they look pretty cool
This super sexy beast is a Game Gear with AV output MOD, which does what you expect. Allows to play on TV, etc. The Game Gear picture takes about a quarter of the screen and is centered. Playing a SMS game or GG game running in SMS mode (there's a few) gets you fullscreen. Still, it's the only known way (as of yet - people are working on replicating the MOD) to play GG without a blurry effect. Note how some games are taking advantage of the blur to do color mixing/transparency so it won't look good on TV (I'm thinking about Super Monaco GP II title screen). But 98% of the games will be ok. Thanks to whoever made all those pics.
